摘要
Abstract
Based on the questionnaire survey of 212 rural households in Jiangsu Province, the paper makes a descriptive statistics on the willing-ness and behavior of farmers in Jiangsu Province to transfer in and transfer out the collective construction land, and summarizes the characteristics and status of the behavior; comparatively analyzes features of influencing factors of collective construction land transfer including regional factors, family factors, economic factors and policy guarantee factors.关键词
