Abstract
In the background that the development of agricultural industrialization, aging farmers and few farmers in rural was becoming promi-nent and the factors limiting new type of specialty farmer-cultivating was significantly increasing in China, based on the status of agricultural re-sources in Anhui Province the feasibility in the development of new type of specialty farmer was analyzed from the viewpoint of the development level of urbanization, population and labor force market, agricultural industry and its demand in special talent, the status of farmer family size and its business, social service in agricultural production.The prediction and analysis of the demand in new type of specialty farmer in Anhui ac-cording to industry and classification were done based on the policies and data announced by Anhui Provincial Government and relevant depart-ments, which could provide the reference for related research.关键词
