Employment Ability Training for Alumnae in Landscape Architecture Specialty of Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Based on the empirical analysis of the alumnae employment status in recent five years in Landscape Architecture Specialty in Taizhou Vocational College of Science & Technology, it was found out that alumnae was hard to get jobs, due to the problems of lacking career planning, unsolid professional quality foundation, understanding deviation in professional posts, and passive mentality of employment psychol-ogy.In order to solve these problems, joint efforts should be made in many aspects, such as curriculum setting, the enhancement of personal quality, and the establishment of relevant laws and regulations by society, school and student.关键词
