Abstract
Wealth inequality has been a important problem in China′s social and economic development.There are many factors affecting the distribution of wealth.The third plenary session of the 18th Central Committee emphasized the power normalization and prevention of corruption . In this research, we researched the effects of political rights on the distribution of social welfare.On the basis of literature review, we firstly tried to demonstrate the achievements on distribution of wealth and the adjustment on wealth by government .Then, statistics of rural area in China found out that there were great differences in per capita income between village cadres and ordinary rural family.Causation of this power distor-tion hindering the fair distribution of wealth were analyzed from three aspects of the unfair distribution of social resources , the uneven empower-ment of different populations, and the invisible income of public power.Finally, solutions were put forward from economy, policy and system.关键词
