农村政治权力参与社会财富分配的范式研究OA
Paradigm Research on the Application of Rural Political Rights in Social Welfare Distribution
财富分配不均一直是我国社会经济发展中存在的重要问题。影响财富分配的因素有很多，鉴于十八届三中全会中对权力规范化的强调以及防止权力滥用导致腐败等要求的提出，笔者着眼于政治权力对社会财富分配的影响进行研究。在文献回顾的基础上，首先试图论证政府权力对二次财富公平分配、有序调节的突出成就。其次，着眼于我国农村地区，通过简单的统计发现掌握不同政治权力的村干部和普通村民家庭的人均收入情况确有较大差距。针对这一验证结果，从社会资源分配不公、不同群体的不均等赋权…查看全部>>
