自我接纳在抑郁症患者病耻感与抑郁症状间的中介作用研究
The mediating effect of self-acceptance between stigma and depressive symptom
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the influence of stigma of patients with depression on clinical symptoms and to find possible mediating effect of self -acceptance.Methods 45 cases of patients with depressive disorder were assessed with Link stigma scales, Beck depression inventory and the self acceptance questionnaire .45 cases controls were investigated by the self acceptance questionnaire .Results ① Patients with depression scored higher than 2.50, average score of each subscale , on the subscale of coping orientations and misunderstood by others ; ② There was significant difference between depressive patients and controls in total scores and the two subscales of self -accept-ance; ③ The factor of secrecy in stigma was a predictor of the severity of depression , and part of mediator effect of self-acceptance was significant.Conclusion The high level of stigma in patients with depression plays a role in depression severity, and the level of self-acceptance could modulate this effect .Corresponding psychological inter -vention should be performed in the clinical work .关键词
