摘要
Abstract
Quadratic form can be simplied to standard form by using elementary transformation method .Inspired by this, in this paper, the elementary transformation method is given .This method is employed to find the diagonal matrix that is congruent with the real symmetric matrix .Then the corresponding theorem is given .From this point of view , the elementary transformation of the matrix is applied in geometry .These shapes of a kind of quadratic curves and a kind of quadratic surfaces are deduced using el-ementary transformation method.Furthermore the corresponding rational conclusion is given.关键词
