Research on Local Universities’Development and Optimization of Talents of Secretary Major---Based on the Secretary Major in One Local University
摘要
Abstract
The local universities pay attention to the secretary major for it ’ s applicable and pragmatic ,however the inaccurate understanding and deficiency of experience made the secretary major in local universities hard to build and help graduates obtain employment .Combined with survey on recent three years’ graduates of secretary major in One local Shun university ,we will reveal the existed problem in the secretary major ’s training mode and give specific resolutions ,find out how to optimize the training mode of secretary major in local universities .关键词
