长白山区5种鸢尾属植物资源调查及引种驯化

摘要

Abstract

Research on off-site conservation and introduction and domestication are conducted based on field investigation of five species of five species of Iris in Changbai Mountain. The results show that the distribution characteristics of Iris resources are obvious. Precisely,I. ensata and I. laevigata were found in wetlands. With a significant population advantage,I. sanguinea grew at an altitude of over 1 500m. I. laevigata var. chinensis grew below at an altitude of 500 m and I. setosa was found at the margins of forests discretely. In contradict to the multitudinous field resource of I. setosa, I. laevigata and I. laevigata var. chinensis, I. ensata covers a sparse storage. The soil in research ground is of humic kind, and could support both sexual propagation and asexual propagation. The blooming period of five species of Iris can reach 77 days through off-site conservation and domestication.
