人参皂苷CK转化复合菌群的筛选及条件优化

Abstract
Objective To select the composite microbial system R2A48, which could effectively transform ginsenoside compound K, from ginseng soil by the methods of TLC and HPLC based on synergic relationship. Method At present,the microbial transformation method is primarily used to produce ginsenoside compound K, and the selection of efficient strains is the first requirement. Results The optimal biotransformation conditions obtained by factor biotransformation experiment were as follows:initial pH value of 7. 0,substrate addition of 3%, revolution of 140 r/min, temperature of 35℃, and the duration of 14 days. Conclusion Compared with single strain,this study provides a new idea and method for the microbial transformation of ginsenoside compound K,thus has important significance in the production of ginsenoside.关键词
