CD14基因多态性与强直性脊柱炎的关联性研究
Study on the Correlation between CD14 Gene Polymorphism and Ankylosing Spondylitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphism of rs2569190 on cluster of differentiation CD14 gene and the susceptibility of ankylosing spondylitis ( AS). Method PCR-RFLP was performed to determine CD14 gene polymorphism of 240 AS patients. Statistical analysis was performed between the patients and 140 healthy controls. Results The frequency difference in genetype of rs2569190 was statistically significant (χ2 =6 . 778 ,υ=2 , P<0 . 05 ) . The frequency of mutant A gene in the patients with ankylosing spondylitis was obviously higher than those in the control group (χ2 =3 . 876 ,υ=1 , P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion There is significant correlation between the single nucleotide polymorphism of rs2569190 on CD14 gene and the susceptibility of ankylosing spondylitis. The patients carrying CD14 mutant A gene suffer higher risk of AS.关键词
