阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷对急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及凝血功能的影响
Effects of Atorvastatin Combined with Clopidogrel on Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque and Coagulation Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel on carotid atherosclerotic plaque and coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomized into the control group ( aspirin and atorvastatin ) and the observation group ( based on the control group,addition of clopidogrel) according to the random number method. The clinical efficacy of the treatment,atherosclerosis plaque area and carotid intima-media thickness ( IMT) on pre-treatment and post-treatment,the level change of prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen ( FIB) on pre-treatment and post-treatment in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment significantly increased in the observation group (P<0. 05),the atherosclerosis plaque area and IMT on post-treatment obviously decreased (P<0. 05),the levels of PT and APTT significantly increased and the level of FIB obviously decreased on post-treatment (P<0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel can significantly reduce the atherosclerosis plaque area for patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve the coagulation indicators and increase the clinical efficacy,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
