序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡82例疗效分析
Clinical Effect Analysis of Sequential Therapy on 82 Cases with Helicobacter Pylori Positive Peptic Ulcer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sequential therapy on patients with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer. Method 164 cases with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer were divided into two groups randomly. 82 cases in treatment group were given sequential therapy and 82 cases in control group were given traditional triple therapy,and comparing the effect between the two groups. Results The eradication rate of Hp in treatment group (84. 15%) is obviously better than that of control group (67. 07%). At the same time, the treatment group has 50 cases ( 60 . 97%) who are cured and its total effective rate is 91 . 46%, which is higher than that of the control group. The control group has 35 cases (42. 68%) who are cured. Its total effective rate is 74. 39%. The difference has statistically significant. Conclusion Sequential therapy on patients with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer has remarkable effect. It not only can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,but also can improve the eradication rate of Hp,and it is no adverse reactions.关键词
