保肺汤加减联合西药治疗30例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Baofei decoction on the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) . Methods 60 patients with qi and yin deficiency combining phlegm-stasis obstruction type COPD were randomly divided into control group ( n=30 ) and treatment group (n=30). The control group was given conventional therapy of western medicine, while the treatment group was given modified Baofei decoction besides the conventional therapy, the treatment period was 8 weeks. The improvement of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) syndrome, 6-minute walk distance and COPD assessment test( CAT) scores were compared between 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement in treatment group was 93 . 33%, which was superior to con-trol group(76. 67%), the difference was significant(P<0. 05). There were significant differences in 6-minute walk distance and CAT scores between 2 groups ( P <0 . 05 ) . Conclusion Western medicine combined with modified Baofei decoction could improve TCM syndrome of stable phase of COPD patients, and the life quality was improved.关键词
