Making of Talents Training Scheme in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Professional Ability Training
摘要
Abstract
The cultivation of skilled talents with high quality is a goal of talents training in higher vocational colleges .The making of sci-entific and reasonable talents training scheme is the fundamental guarantee for achieving this goal by keeping professional ability training as the main line in talents training mode .This paper discusses the basic scheme of talents straining mode in higher vocational colleges from the guiding ideology , basic principles , basic framework of "platform+module"as well as establishment and implementing management of the talents training scheme .关键词
