ENC不一致性问题分类及其对策

Abstract
As a particular product of geospatial information ENC is widely used in ECDIS Electronic Chart Dis-play and Information System . Due to various reasons it can be found that there are several inconsistency problems in ENCs when mariner using ECDIS which not only affects the ENC data quality and reliability but also makes mariner confused and mistaken on geographic feature at sea finally it affects the voyage safety of maritime ships. Because of the multi-source of chart compilation and production mode of single by single data producers only focus on the validation on single dataset in the working procedure of quality evaluation but ignores the inconsistencies between datasets. So it needs to make classification of all kinds of inconsistency. According to different positions three classification of"Inconsistency in ENC interior" "Inconsistency between adjacency ENCs"and"Inconsisten-cy between overlapping ENCs" is discussed and illustrated in this paper. At last some countermeasure for resolving the inconsistency of ENC are given which points out the direction of further research.关键词
