摘要
Abstract
According to the survey on 2014 APEC Meeting surrounding regional volunteers regarding volunteers’gender,education background,recruitment channels,times of service and etc.,this paper analyzes the different behaviors of volunteers in stance,self state and motives by questionnaire,and further reveals the connections and impacts among these three elements.Thus,the conclusion of the research provides a useful reference for the improvement of volunteer recruitment,management,education and etc.关键词
