Strength Analysis and Structural Optimization of Bogie Axle Box for Highspeed Train
摘要
Abstract
With the problem that the requirement of high-speed train is improved constantly,we selected axle box of key component of highspeed train as the research object.Static strength analysis was carried out with the ANSYS Workbench software.Furthermore,based on static strength analysis, the fatigue life of axle box was estimated using Brown-Miller criterion with assessment.Finally, topological optimization design was made for the axle box basis of the artificial materials method to achieve its lightweight design.关键词
