Study on Cooling System of a Coupling Mechanism
摘要
Abstract
This paper introduced a newly developed hybrid power coupling mechanism which integrates cooling and lubricating functions together to reach a high degree of integration.The mechanism adopted a hydraulic module to redistribute coolant’s flow volume and rate together with the injecting pipe’s lubricating oil injection and the gear’s stirring to the oil to achieve related parts’ cooling state.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the oil’s flow volume of external cycle, pressure,power performance under different oil temperature and pump speed to offer statistical support to the calibration and development for the oil pump controller.关键词
