复合板在冲击下的动力学行为研究
Dynamic Behaviour of a Laminated Composite Plate Under Impact
摘要
Abstract
As the laminated composite material is being wildly used in the industry,this paper mainly dealt with metallic multilayers of Steel /Ti /Al and analzed its dynamic behaviour under impact.A complete contact law with friction basing on Signorini’s unilateral contact law and Coulomb’s friction law was developed and the dynamic response was solved by applying the Bi-potential theory.Then a two-dimension model was built to simulate the laminated composite plate under impact.The control of the structure of different size effect on the performance of its impact was studied through geometrical parameters of the model (such as width,layer thickness,etc.).Different dynamic response data was gained and analyzed by manipulating the parameters (such as the elasticity modulus and Poisson ratio,etc.).The laminate structure impact of aluminum,titanium and steel were numerical simulated to verify the practicability and feasible of this method.At the end,we had the evaluation of the results,and put forward the optimization trend of this numerical method and givn a sight to the future application of this method and special software.关键词
