二元碱度对含钛高炉渣结晶过程的影响研究
Effect of Binary Basicity on Precipitation Behavior of Titnaium Bearing BF Slag

Abstract
Based on thermaldynamics caculation,effect of binary basicity on precipitation behavior was accompolished by conforcal scanning laser microscope.The results of the thermaldynamic caclulation show that TiO2 precipitates firstly from the slag when binary basicity is low. The temperature of precipitation is about 1 160 ℃.Titania enters CaTiO3 when binary basicity is high. The results of CSLM experiments show that Titania enters CaTi21 O38 ,which is fine acicular,when binary basicity is 0.6 at 1 100 ℃.Titania enrichs in CaTiSiO5 about 250 μm associated with other phases.When basicity is 0.8,titanium dioxide gathers in tabular sphene which is usually has the path length of 250μm but becomes anomaly shape after being rubbed down,and still has very small crystal size and intergrowths with others.关键词
