对撞式喷嘴在大气环境中喷雾实验与数值模拟
Experiment and Simulation Studies on Impinging Nozzle in Atmospheric Environment
摘要
Abstract
To study the spray characteristics of impinging nozzle in atmospheric environment , the experiment device of impinging nozzle was designed .The distribution characteristics of the spray parameters in the spray field under different conditions were measured with PDA system .Sauter mean diameter( D32 ) and axial velocity ( vz ) along the axial and radial direction were gained under different injection pressures .Based on the experiment results ,the two-dimensional unsteady simplified model was es-tablished .The gas phase was simulated by using k-ε turbulence model ,and Taylor analogy breakup model was used in simulating droplets ’ breakup .The results show that the time of the spray field being statistically stable takes about 15 ms.The simulated results of D32 and vz agree well with the experimental data .关键词
