摘要

Abstract

Partitioning for reactive power‐voltage control is the foundation of voltage hierarchical control . The operation states of system fluctuate stochastically because of large scale wind farm integration . To get stable partition suitable for all sorts of wind farm output situations , the mathematical expectation of electric distance between all nodes in the grid is taken as the basis for partition , and the advanced affinity propagation ( AP) method is used as the core algorithm . As the response process of the PV nodes is different from that of the PQ nodes , first partition all the PQ nodes based on the AP method . Then take all the PV nodes as target domain and divide them into the suitable PQ cluster on the premise in connectivity and controllability to achieve the final grid partitioning . Finally , define the partition quality evaluation indicators to assess the partitioning results considering segregation property among clusters , decoupling property in cluster and voltage controlling ability . Simulation results indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed .
