智能变电站站域保护控制装置的研制
Development of Substation-area Protection and Control Device in Smart Substation
摘要
Abstract
The substation‐area protection and control device gets and shares the information about the substation�s analogs , binary inputs , binary outputs through a communication network to realize all the substation�s protection and control functions . The paper mainly focuses on the hardware and advanced application software implementation of substation‐area protection and control . In view of the model�s updating and function expansion problem brought about by the restructuring and expansion of substations , a �building block" method is used to achieve flexible expansion of an intelligent electronic device ( IED) capability description ( ICD) model , and a decoupled method of platform software and application software is used to achieve flexible functions . A Hash algorithm is used to curb the network flow . A pulse per second width adjustment method is proposed based on self‐learning of the merging unit sampling sequence number and a non‐blocking protection method is used for a single data source getting out‐of‐step . Meanwhile , a protection scheme of simple busbar protection , switch‐onto‐fault protection and transformer end fault protection is proposed for optimizing backup protection . The dynamic and data flow simulation results show that the substation‐area protection and control device can satisfy the protection requirement on smart substation for its practicality and reliability .关键词
