Abstract
In order to assess the clinical immune effect of peste des petits ruminants attenuated live vaccine (75/1),the vaccines immune safety,immune antibody duration,growth and decline of the antibody titers were tested and evaluated by immune experiments,immune farm tracking detection and fluorescent RT-PCR method.The results showed that the vaccine nucleic acids can be detected 14 days after immunization, specific antibodies can be detected 7 days after immunization,and the duration of the antibody exceeds more than 12 months.Research showed that the peste des petits ruminants vaccine for clinical use has good im-munogenicity,can produce good clinical immune effect.关键词
