Progress on Probiotics Characteristics of Lactic Acid Bacteria and Its Apllication in Pig Production
摘要
Abstract
Bacterial resistance and drug residue problems are concerned by people,searching antibiotic alter-natives has become a hot research topic.Lactic acid bacteria have many good characteristics,producing an-tibacterial materials,inhibiting or killing intestinal pathogenic bacteria,competing adhesion sites,regula-ting intestinal mucosal immunity,improving balance of intestinal flora,and promoting pig healthy.It have been considered to be one of potential antibiotic substitutes.This article reviewsed biological characteris-tics of lactic acid bacteria,probiotic functions,and the application in pig production.关键词
