摘要
Abstract
Newcastle disease(ND)caused by Newcastle disease virus(NDV)is one of the most devastating contagious disease in poultry especially terrestrial birds.Currently,vaccination is the major method for con-trolling this disease in China.The results of many experimental researches and clinical applications showed that the match of vaccine genotype with the pandemic strains and the use of live vaccine combination with inactivated vaccine could play a dual role in controlling ND because of humoral immunity and cellular im-munity,in which the role of mucosal immunity is also very important in preventing ND.The authors found lots of poultry households take some misunderstandings in using schemes,methods as well as immuniza-tion programs in ND vaccination in the long-term breeding technology service,which seriously hamper the vaccine work,and lead to some clinical onset of ND.关键词
