Abstract
The realization of the public welfare of public hospitals is the key and difficult point in the reform of China's medical and health system, however, the connotation of the public welfare of public hospitals is still not clear. This paper has summarized the concept and requirements of the public welfare of public hospitals through the study of relevant literatures.关键词
