地方高校大学生满意度调查与分析
Investigation andanalysis of students' satisfaction in localuniversities
摘要
Abstract
Self-made questionnaires were applied to conduct the survey,including 6 parts,suchasthe hardware facilities,campus culture,teacher quality,teaching staff,human management andthe others.The results shows the overall perceived satisfaction scoreis 1.44,which between satisfaction andaverage level.The student satisfaction to the teaching quality is up to satisfaction-level,but satisfaction to the human management is close to average-level. Thedifferent analysisshowsoverall recognitionsatisfactionhassignificantdifferenceingender(P<0.05),and it has insignificant differencein specialty(P>0.05).The satisfaction oncampusculture shows significantin specialty (P<0.05),but it′s insignificantin grade(P>0.05).The satisfaction onteachingqualityandhumanmanagement has significant difference in grade(P<0.05),but it′s insignificant in birthplace(P>0.05).Therefore,it is imminent to enhance the hardware conditions,campus cultures,teaching qualities and human management in local universities.关键词
