摘要
Abstract
According to the problems of talent training quality for monitoring and evaluation system,such as the body of the monitoring and evaluation of single one-sided,object and content of the imbalance,the system structure diagram of the monitoring and evaluation for talent training quality was structured base on cybernetics model,there are some exploration from the monitoring and evaluation of the body of the organization to establish,diversified and comprehensive content and third-party evaluation,so as to build in accordance with technology of skilled personnel training quality monitoring and evaluation system.关键词
