基于指数型功效函数的高技术产业集群竞争力评价研究--以京津冀为例
The Competitiveness Evaluation of High -tech Industry Cluster Based on the Exponential Function---A Case Study of Beijing -Tianjin-Hebei

Abstract
We construct three-level evaluation index system of high-tech industry cluster in terms of endogenous competitiveness and external competitiveness , and determine the weight of every index by AHP-entropy method . Based on the exponential function with improved dimension and threshold , this article develops the competitiveness evaluation model of high -tech industry cluster . Then we can obtain the comprehensive value which can reflect the cluster competitiveness by a combination weighting method . Finally ,we carry out an empirical test of high-tech industry cluster from 2004 to 2013 . And we find that :the competitiveness of high-tech industry cluster pre-sents a trend of increasing in Beijing , Tianjin and Hebei ;from 2004 to 2011 , the competitiveness increases slowly , but achieves a rapid growth from 2011 to 2013 .关键词
