基于生命周期的智力资本对企业创新能力的影响研究
Research on the Influence of Intellectual Capital to Enterprise Innovation Ability Based on Life Cycle
摘要
Abstract
After entering the era of knowledge economy , intellectual capital has become the key element of the enterprise innovation ability . This paper selects the listed manufacturing companies in 2014 as the research object to analyze the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise innovation ability . The results find that at the enterprise different life cycle , human capital , structure capital and re-lation capital have a positive impact in varying degrees on enterprise innovation ability . Among them at the growth stages , human capital and structural capital have a greater impact on enterprise innovation ability . When mature stages , human capital , structural capital and re-lational capital are positive significant impact enterprise innovation ability . When decline stages , human capital and relational capital have a greater impact on enterprise innovation ability . The results can provide a reference for the effective implementation of the listed manufac-turing companies' accumulated intellectual capital to further enable enterprise innovation ability .关键词
