中医辨证治疗晚期原发性肝癌临床研究
TCM Differentiation in Treating Advanced Primary Liver Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of TCM differentiation in treating advanced primary liver cancer.Methods 60 patients with advanced primary liver cancer admitted into the hospital were selected as the research object and they were all confirmed by pathological diagnosis and were divided into the control group and the observation group by randomized controlled table with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transcatheter arterial chemo embolization (TACE) while the observation group was treated with TCM differentiation based on the control group.The two groups were respectively scored by the European organization for research and treatment of cancer,quality of life core questionnaire (EORTCQLQ-C30) and functional status scale (KPS).The clinical curative effects,immune function and side effects of the two groups were observed.Results In the observation group,the effective rate was 30.0％ which was higher than 12.5％ in the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);The ratios of thrombocytopenia of grade Ⅱ to Ⅲ,gastrointestinal reaction and diarrhea in the observation group respectively were 10.0％,23.33％ and 10.0％ which were lower than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);After the treatment,the immune function of the observation was better than that of the control group.Scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 and KPS were higher than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion TCM differentiation combined with TACE in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer can improve the short-term effect and immune function.关键词
