补肾益髓方对老年性痴呆肾虚髓亏证患者ADAS-cog积分的影响
The Effect of Bushenyisui Decoction on Senile Dementia Kidney Deficiency Syndrome ADAS-cog Points

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Bushenyisui Decoction Senile dementia kidney deficiency syndrome ADAS-cog (Alzhermer's disease assessment scale,ADAS)points.Methods:the control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride and Bushen Yisui Decoction Decoction granules simulation agent.The treatment group was given oral Bushen Yisui Decoction (epimedium,psoralea fruit,Radix Polygoni Multiflori,privet fruit,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Shi Changpu) free Decoction and donepezil hydrochloride simulated agent oral.Medication methods:Bushenyisui Decoction and its simulation agent warm boiling water,1 times a day.Before oral donepezil hydrochloride simulated agent 5mg score total score of two group ADAS-cog the score of each item and the 1 times a day after 24 weeks of observation.Results:Compare the points of each item and total points of treatment group before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).The treatment group after treatment,the total score was different with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Treatment group oral language ability points was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Treatment group ADAS cog has efficiency 29.41％,control group 8.82％,the difference of two groups had a statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Bushenyisui Decoction was effective in decreasing the integral of ADAS cog total score and part of the sub,which had significant effect in the treatment of senile dementia.关键词
