摘要
Abstract
There is close relationship in the renal fibrosis occurs with a variety of cytokine stimulated signal transduction pathways,including the Janus kinase (JAK) / signal transducer and activator of transcription (STATs) participated in the cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and immune regulation,and many important biological processes.Chinese medicine from the spleen and stomach for the root of innate,and the kidney as the root of acquired,congenital acquired mutual funding,mutual promotion,the use of tonifying spleen and kidney method significantly improve the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease.If the intervention from the traditional Chinese medicine on renal fibrosis JAK/STAT pathway to identify the entry point for further research,will be the traditional Chinese medicine for chronic kidney disease and the development of safe and effective targeted drugs to provide new ideas.关键词
