Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical study of modified Zexie Gouteng prescription combined with uncaria valsartan and hydrochlorothiazid tablets treatment of primary hypertension.Methods:140 cases of patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group with pure hydrogen valsartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets,and the treatment group based on the control group was treated with modified Zexie Gouteng prescription,the treatment time for 4 weeks,after treatment compared with the clinical effect and dynamic diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure.Results:Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,efficiency of the treatment group was 94.29％,and control group was 87.14％,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);comparison of two groups of blood pressure control degree,treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zexie Gouteng prescription combined with uncaria valsartan and hydrochlorothiazid tablets treatment of primary hypertension has obvious lowering blood pressure effect,obvious lowering blood pressure effect,strong control force on patient blood pressure,and high feasibility.关键词
