颤压“颈三线”治疗颈源性头痛临床研究
Clinical Research on Shaking Pressure "Neck Three Line" Treatment of Cervicogenic Headache
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of shaking pressure "neck three line" treatment of cervicogenic headache.Methods:58 cases of headache cervical occipital symptoms of the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,respectively to quiver " three line" neck massage therapy (group A) and a small needle knife therapy (group B),observed two groups of patients before and after the treatment VAS score,headache index.Methods:58 cases of headache with cervico occipital symptoms were randomly divided into two groups,respectively,to be shaking pressure for "neck three line" massage treatment (group A) and small needle knife therapy (group B),observed before and after treatment in two groups of patients with visual analog score (VAS),headache index score.Results:VAS score of treatment group A was (1.35 ± 0.94) points,headache index score was (87.50 ± 12.48) points,and the efficiency was 83.33％;VAS scores of group B was (1.28 ± 0.87) points,headache index score (90.45 ± 15.24) points,and the effective rate was 82.14％.All indexes of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The shaking pressure "neck three line" with small needle knife therapy are effective method to treat cervicogenic headache,which can respectively implement depend on the patients' acceptance conditions.关键词
