摘要

Abstract

In order to study the roughness of the blades and tip clearance effect on centrifugal compressor performance, the conditions of different roughness and different tip clearance were simulated. The analysis results showed that the bigger the lip clearance or the larger the roughness, the less the pressure ratio and efficiency. That was to say when the roughness is reduced from 0.03 mm to 0. 01 mm, the pressure ratio was increased of 1.5%, the efficiency was increased of 1%;when the tip clearance was reduced from 0.6mm to 0.1mm, the pressure ratio was increased of 10%, the efficiency was increased of 2.5%. The study results were important to improve the design.
