中西医结合治疗湿疹90例
Ninety Cases with Eczema Treated By Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine on eczema.Methods:Totally 180 patients with eczema were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 90 cases in each group.Control group were orally given Cetirizine Hydrochloride combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin while treatment group were added with Eczema Formula.The clinical effects,itching degree,skin lesion area,morphologic changes of the skin lesion after the treatment were observed.Results:The effective rate was 76.67％ in control group and 90.00％ in treatment group;the difference had statisticalsignificance (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of itching degree,skin lesion area and manifestations of skin lesion decreased after the treatment,and the decrease in treatment group was greater than that in control group,with statistical significance (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Integrative Chinese and western medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects on eczema,which can significantly improve the itching degree,skin lesion area and skin lesion manifestations.关键词
