茵陈蒿汤加减治疗ABO血型不合50例
Fifty Cases with ABO Blood Group Incomaptibility Treated with Modified Virgate Wormwood Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Modified Virgate Wormwood Decoction on ABO blood group incompatibility.Methods:Totally 100 pregnant women 24 weeks after pregnancy with ratio≥ 1:128 of valence of antibody of IgG anti-A (B) were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 50 cases in each group.Control group were given Vitamin C and Vitamin E for oral administration while research group were orally given Modified Virgate Wormwood Decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate was 70.0％ in research group and 58.0％ in control group;the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).For the neonatal pathologic jaundice,the occurrence rate was 8.0％ in research group and 14.0％ in control group,with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).No neonatal hemolysis was discovered in any group.Conclusion:Modified Virgate Wormwood Decoction has remarkable therapeutic effects on ABO blood group incompatibility and it can effectively prevent the jaundice due to ABO blood group incompatibility.关键词
