隔药灸配合超短波治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of herbs-partition moxibusition combined with ultrashort wave on osteoarthritis.Methods:Totally 112 cases with osteoarthritis were randomly divided intoherbs-partition moxibusition group and electroacupuncture group,with 56 cases in each group.Herbs-partition moxibusition group were given herbs-partition moxibusition with Sanqicombined with ultrashort wave treatment.Electroacupuncture group were given electroacupuncture,7 days as a treatment course for both group.After 3 continuous treatment courses,the grading scores of the symptoms and signs of the knee joints in the two groups were compared.Results:The cured and markedly effective rate in herbs-partition moxibusition group was 87.5％,better than the 48.2％ in electroacupuncture group (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of various symptoms and signs in both groups got obvious improvement after the treatment,and the improvement in herbs-partition moxibusition group was better than that in electroacupuncture group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Herbs-partition moxibusition combined with ultrashort wave is an effective therapy for osteoarthritis.关键词
