摘要
Abstract
TCM classics have established the basic paradigm of TCM theory and clinical practice,contain the basic logical thinking methods,collect the crystallization of TCM clinical practice experiences,guide the direction of TCM academic development,is also the source for TCM academic development,have profound effects on the construction of theoretical system of TCM,evolution and clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM,and is also the cause of traditional Chinese medicine different from Western medicine.The logical thinking "from the general to the specific" runs through Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,which is embodied not only in syndrome of six meridians and its complex syndrome and variable syndrome,but also in therapies of six meridians diseases such as "unity of disease and syndrome "," treating different diseases with the same therapy",etc.Therefore,grasping logical thinking of TCM,and logical thinking method of diagnosis and treatment from the general to the specific are the key factors which make treating activities towards the aim,and helpful to understand and recognize the mutual relationship between a prescription and cer tain syndrome and nature of the lesions and clinical manifestations.At the same time,it is the important condition to get the best curative effect,and has extremely extensive significance to guide the clinical practice.关键词
