桃红四物汤对慢性心力衰竭血瘀证B型钠尿肽的影响
The Influence of Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction on NT-pro-BNP of Syndrome of Blood Stasis due to Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction on NT-pro-BNP of syndrome of blood stasis due to chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods:One hundred and thirty-nine patients with CHF were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 67 and 72 cases respectively in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction for oral administratiou based on the treatment of the control group,then the clinical curative effects and changes of NT-pro-BNP levels of the two groups were observed.Results:Before the treatment,the level of NT-pro-BNP of patients with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin of cariac blood stasis type was(2025.74±45.7) ng· L-1,which that of qi deficiency,blood stasis and water retention syndrome was (2174.23±108.1) ng·L-1,and that of yang deficiency of the heart and kidney and blood stasis and water retention syndrome was (2347.26±62.6) ng·L-1,and the differences between groups had siguificance (P＜0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5％,while that of the control group was 82.1％;And the difference between them had statistical significance (P＜0.05).After the treatment,the difference between groups had statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on CHF of blood stasis type,and the level of NT-pro-BNP can be regarded as one objective index of CHF TCM differentiation classification.关键词
