摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore commonly-seen oral TCM decoction adverse reactions and the clinical value of pharmaceutical intervention.Methods:One hundred and twenty-six patients who were treated with TCM decoction in our hospital between Jan.of 2010 and July of 2012 were chosen as the research subjects of the control group,and 108 who were treated with TCM decoction in our hospital between Jan.of 2013 and July of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects of the observation group.The exact drug reactions in the control group were recorded,and the reasons for adverse reactions were analyzed in order to take pharmaceutical intervention measures.In the observation group,the present TCM decoction application condition was combined to take pharmaceutical intervention measures to reduce adverse reactions.Then the two groups' incidence of adverse reactions,adverse reactions and adverse reaction involving organs were observed.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group is better than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05);The involving organs due to adverse reactions were mainly skin and the ones in the digestive system,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions due to large dosage and long course was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The reasons for adverse reactions are mainly large dose,long course,and pharmaceutical intervention can regulate drug use,help to reduce adverse reactions.关键词
