吴莱散敷贴神阙治疗胸腰椎骨折后肠麻痹50例
Fifty Cases of Paralysis of Intestine due to Thoraco-lumbar Spine Fracture Treated with Wulai Powder for Mounting on Shenque

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wulai Powder(WLP) for mounting on Shenque (CV 8) on paralysis of intestine due to thoraco-lumbar spine fracture.Methods:One hundred patients with paralysis of intestine due to thoraco-lumbar spine fracture who were treated in our hospital between September of 2012 and November of 2013 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The ones in the treatment group were given WLP mixed with vinegar for mounting on Shenque (CV 8),while the ones in the control group were treated with neostigmine methylsulfate.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 98％,while that of the control group was 82％;And the treatment group was better than the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Three days later and six days later after the treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:WLP for mounting on Shenque (CV 8) has a remarkable clinical curative effect on paralysis of intestine due to thoraco-lumbar spine fracture.关键词
