The Influence of Compound of Four Yellow Liquid in Combination with Vacuum Sealing Drainage for Continuous Infusion and Washing on Orthopaedic Infections Defective Wound Healing and WBC, CRP, ESR

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the influence of compound of four yellow liquid in combination with vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) for continuous infusion and washing on orthopaedic infections defective wound healing and WBC and CRP and ESR.Methods:Ninety patients with infections defective wound who were treated in the Micro-traumatic Department of our hospital between Sept.1 of 2012 and Sept.30 of 2014 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into Group A,Group B and Group C,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in Group A were given compound of four yellow liquid in combination with VSD for continuous infusion and washing,while the ones in Group B were only given compound of four yellow liquid for external application,and the ones in Group C were given VSD therapy.Then the three groups' growth of granulation tissue were compared;At the same time,venous blood was taken to measure WBC,CRP contents and ESR before and after the treatment.Results:On the 5th day and the 10th day after the treatment,the growth of granulation tissue of Group A was better than that of Group B and that of Group C,and the difference between them had statistical significance (P ＜0.05);At the same time,WBC,CRP and ESR levels of Group A was better than that of Group B and that of Group C (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Compound of four yellow liquid in combination with VSD for continuous infusion and washing can effectively improve orthopaedic infections defective wound growth of granulation tissue and its recovery,and significantly inhibit inflammation reactions,and promote wound healing.关键词
