治溃方治疗溃疡性结肠炎肝郁脾虚证30例
Thirty Cases of Ulcerative Colitis of Syndrome of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Treated with Zhikuifang

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhikuifang (ZKF) on ulcerative colitis of syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods:Sixty patients with ulcerative colitis of syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency who were treated in our hospital between June of 2012 and June of 2016 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the treatment group were given ZKF,while the ones in the control group were treated with olsalazine sodium capsules for oral administration.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3％,while that of the control group was 76.7％;And the treatment group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the symptomatic score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P ＜0.05);and the effect on diarrhea,abdominal pain,fatigue and abdominal distension of the treatment group were better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);After the treatment,the two groups' colonoscopy scores were all better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),but there were no statistical significances between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05);The recurrence rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:ZKF has a remarkable clinical curative effect on ulcerative colitis of syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.关键词
