摘要
Abstract
Most renal hypertension is due to yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.However,according to clinical observation,among the patients with renal hypertension there are yang deficiency pattern,for which the method of warming yang modified based on the clinical symptoms is very effective.The TCM therapeutic schemes for renal hypertension is multiple and the train of thought of the efficacy evaluation is not only a research on the hypertension,biochemical criteria and TCM symptoms,signs and the changes of syndromes but also focus on improving the survival quality and long-term prognosis,with safe,reliable,oval regulatory,multi-angle and multi-target effects.Even though great progress has been made in the TCM treatment for hypertension,problems such as indefinite anti-hypertensive effects and anti-hypertensive mechanism still exist.For this reason,the researches on the specific mechanism and the stability of the efficacy still have a long way to go.关键词
