补肾化痰方对多囊卵巢综合征患者高雄激素血症的影响
The Influence of Kidney-Supplementing and Phlegm-Removing Decoction on Hyperandrogenism of Patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Kidney-Supplementing and Phlegm-Removing Decoction on hyperandrogenism of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).Methods:Ninety-eight patients with PCOS who were treated in our hospital between February of 2011 and February of 2013 were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The ones in the control group began to take ethinylestradiol cyproterone on the 5th day after the natural menstrual or progesterone withdrawal bleeding,while the ones in the observation group were added Kidney-Supplementing and Phlegm-Removing Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 75.51％,while that of the observation group was 91.84％;The observation group was better than the control group (P ＜0.05).After the treatment,LH,T,and E2 levels of the observation group were all better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the two groups' F-G score and ache score were significantly decreased,and acne score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Kidney-Supplementing and Phlegm-Removing Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on hyperandrogenism of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome,can obviously improve their LH,T,and E2 levels.关键词
