Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of strychnine in Bone-Setting Pills by HPLC to provide reliable evidence for the controlling of the quality of Bone-Setting Pills.Methods:HPLC was applied with reversed phase column of waters C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);mobile phase∶ acetonitrile ∶0.2％ phosphoric acid solution (20 ∶ 70);column temperature:25 ℃;flow velocity:1.0 mL · min-1;detected wave length:260nm.Results:The linearity range of strychnine was 0.080g · L-1 to 0.400 g · L-1;rvalue was 0.999 97 in average;the average recovery rate was 99.30％;RSD was 0.89％.Conclusion:HPLC has good reproducibility,specificity,accuracy and efficiency in determining the content of strychnine in Bone-Setting Pills and controlling the qulity of Bone-Setting Pills.关键词
