TNT 、DNAN 和 DNTF 单质凝固过程中温度和缩松的数值模拟及实验研究
Experimental Study and Numerical Simulation on Temperature and Shrinkage Porosity of TNT,DNAN and DNTF during Solidification Process

Abstract
In order to understand the temperature and shrinkage porosity regulations of cast carrier explosives during the solidification process ,three kinds of single explosives TNT ,DNAN and DNTF were selected as research object , and the simulated calculation of temperature change at different axis positions and whole shrinkage porosity situations of three kinds of carriers in the copper mold during the natural solidification were carried out by the casting software Pro ‐CAST .Aimed at the simulated technical situations ,some verification experiments were conducted .The temperature curves were measured and recorded by thermocouple temperature sensor .The solidified grain was mechanically cut off to observe the actual shrinkage porosity situations during freezing process .The results show that the solidifying points of TNT ,DNAN and DNTF are 81 ,90 and 109℃ ,respectively .The solidification of TNT and DNAN is biassed to‐wards solidification by layer ,whereas the solidification of DNTF is close to the solidification by volume .The simulated results of temperature during the solidification process of three kinds of single explosives are accurate and the average error are all less than 10% .The predicted results of the shrinkage porosity are consistent with the experimental ones . The accuracy of simulated results can meet the requirement of technical practice .关键词
